Levelset is a product and doing-business-as name (“DBA”) of Zermatt Business Services, LLC (“Zermatt,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

Information related to user accounts, permissions, role assignments, and platform usage. Access to information within Levelset is role-based, and Team Members have limited visibility into other users’ data based on permissions defined by their organization.

Business, Employment & Operational Information

Information entered, uploaded, or managed within the Levelset platform, which may include:

  • Training and development records

  • Evaluations and performance feedback

  • Disciplinary or accountability records

  • Retention and employment history

  • Payroll-related or compensation-adjacent information provided by Operators

This data is processed solely to provide Levelset’s functionality and is not used for unrelated purposes.

Communications

Information provided when you contact us, respond to emails, join the waitlist, or receive product, operational, or marketing communications from Levelset.

Website or Usage Data

Information automatically collected when you visit our website or use the platform, including IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, session duration, and interaction data.
