Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know about Levelset.
Levelset is the Talent Operating System for Chick-fil-A operators: one connected system that measures your team position by position, deploys them by who’s ready for each position, and develops them toward what’s next. It replaces the spreadsheets, binders, and disconnected tools your leadership team juggles today.
Chick-fil-A operators and their leadership teams. Multi-unit operators get the most out of it: one shared picture of performance, discipline, and readiness across every location, so each store runs the same playbook even when you’re not standing in it.
Book a demo. We’ll walk through your operation and configure Levelset around your positions, your discipline process, and your role ladder.
Levelset’s core performance measurement. Leaders rate observed performance on position-specific criteria for the positions each person actually works. Recent ratings roll into readiness views, so your leadership team coaches and schedules from shared data instead of memory.
Levelset builds the daily setup from your team’s position-level readiness data: who is strong where, who is eligible, and what each station needs. Every slot is filled with the strongest available person, ranked best fit first, and a leader adjusts a good plan instead of building one. On Deploy you can give Levi your own instructions so setups match how each daypart actually runs.
Today you build, assign, and publish shifts in Levelset, and you can import your roster and schedule from HotSchedules. Generating the schedule itself from readiness data is the next thing we are building, and it is not available yet.
Levelset supports HotSchedules-based roster and schedule import workflows. Operators review imported roster changes before they affect Levelset data, so HotSchedules remains a source of context without silently overwriting your team records.
